About Academy

Rotary District 3080 Leadership Academy was founded in 2001,  Brainchild of Past Rotary International President Rajendra K. Saboo, who initiated designed and planned this concept to acquaint the Rotarians the nuances of basic management that can help them achieve success in their personal, professional or business fields besides updating their knowledge about Rotary's functioning.
The Rotarians who have completed the course successfully have amazing stories to share.

According to Past RI President Rajendra K. Saboo, who initiated, designed and planned this unique concept, “communication of ideas, planning, motivating and leading with enthusiasm and confidence are important aspects of the leadership skills that this Academy intends to inculcate amongst the participants”.

The program involves two parts. First part is a six months correspondence course followed by the second part of a 3-days (2 nights) residential workshop on leadership development. See Programme.
