Register for the 2016 Leadership Academy. 

Registration Fee: ( To be announced on 1st July 2016)
The next Session will begin on 1st October 2016.

The last date for submission of the first installment of the Registration fee shall be 15th September 2016 and the second installment shall fall due on  15th March.  (Fee will be announced on 1st July 2016) 

(Includes cost of Course Material, Rotary Lessons, RI Publications worth Rs.1,000, three-days and two-nights stay in Hotel includes all meals.)

Payments to be made by Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of “Rotary District 3080 Leadership Academy” payable at Chandigarh.

Download the Membership Form, fill it and mail it with your Registration Fee.

Spouses 

Spouses can stay with their respective participants in the Hotel without extra cost. However, meal charges of spouse @1000 per day (will be announced on 1st July 2016) will be payable by the concerned participant.
The spouses will be separately registered at the venue and they will be able to attend the classes as Observers without participating in the activities.
All payments should be made by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Rotary District 3080 Leadership Academy”, payable at Chandigarh.

Accommodation 

Each participant will be having an individual air-conditioned room at the Hotel during the residential programme.

Course Material 

Each participant shall receive a Kit containing course lessons, Manual of Procedure, ABC of Rotary, Catalogue of R.I. publications and other reading material (worth Rs. 1000).
On successful completion of the course, the participants shall receive a Certificate of Merit from the Academy at a District function.
