Programme

The Academy delivers the programme in two parts. The first part involves a correspondence course comprising six lessons on various aspects of Rotary, followed by a residential workshop.

PART 1: Correspondence Course
The Correspondence Course commences in October.

• Organisation of Rotary International and Its Functioning. 
• Rules and Procedures of Rotary International with special reference to District 3080 Bye-Laws.
• Club Service and Club Administration 
• Vocational and International Service
• Community Service, and New Generation 
• The Rotary Foundation 

PART 2: Leadership Workshop

The Leadership program will be conducted by professional trainers in Chandigarh.This will be a three-/four-days residential program comprehensively dealing with various aspects of leadership through practical training and individual interaction. Most of the subjects of leadership will be covered during the workshop, including:
